Scott Hossner
Scott is Co-Owner and CEO of Allied Video Productions. Scott joined the company in 1990 as an unpaid intern while attending college. After receiving degrees in Television Production from Mount Hood Community College and Speech Communications from OSU, he joined the staff full time. Since coming on board, Scott has emphasized work in events, public relations, education and dramatic work. His work spans everything from commercials to music festivals, and work for network television. His clients include the Habitat for Humanity, United Way, Department of Human Services, Salem-Keizer Public Schools, Marion County Juvenile Department, the Oregon Judicial Department, Liberty House, Basic Rights Oregon, City of Salem, Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs, C-SPAN, Holiday Retirement, and many others.

Jeff Hart
Jeff joined the staff at Allied Video Productions in 1997 and became a Co-Owner and COO in October 2002. Before that, Jeff served as a producer and production supervisor at Salem TCI/Viacom over an eight-year period. In addition to managing the local production department for TCI, he produced television ads, infomercials, and documentaries. Jeff has a degree in Zoology from the University of Texas as well as film and video production training from the Northwest Film Center in Portland. His work includes a diverse selection of projects; from hundreds of TV commercials to informational videos; from documentaries to music videos. Jeff’s clients include Family Building Blocks, YWCA, Catholic Community Services, Stand for Children, TecLabs, the Statesman Journal, and countless small businesses. Jeff has traveled extensively in Latin America and has excellent conversational skills in Spanish.

Dan Walker
Dan joined the Allied Video team in 1999, becoming a Co-Owner and CFO in October 2002. Before working for AVP, Dan was the lead programmer for Interactive Design Associates, a company that produced computer based training. Combined with his artistic skills, Dan is able to create dynamic visual presentations of complex information and materials. His work includes local and national commercials, promotional videos for air and web, and information videos. Dan has a hand in most production due to his extended knowledge in motion graphics, visual effects, compositing, color correction, and DVD authoring. Dan has attended Liberty University in Virginia, Chemeketa Community College, and Portland State University. His clients include Intel, Liberty Northwest Insurance, Autodesk, Hewlett Packard, Adams & Company, Supra Products, The Boys and Girls Club, and more.

Brian Hart
Brian joined Allied Video Productions in the summer of 2006. With over 6 years of experience, Brian learned his craft by purchasing a camera and shooting everything he could, learning production by a hands-on approach. Brian can work on all aspects of a production and enjoys pushing the limits of his artistic and graphic ability. Some of his clients include the Willamette Valley Rehabilitation Center, Easter Seals, YWCA, Stand for Children, Salem Film Festival and the Foster Club All Stars to name just a few. Brian has worked on a number of independent films and also produces and hosts a football talk show that airs locally as well as online.

Brenna Jensen
Brenna started with Allied in January of 2007 after graduating from the University of Oregon in Journalism and Communications with an emphasis in the field of electronic media. The combination of her thorough education, sense of humor and compassionate heart allows her to become completely passionate and committed to each project she works with. She has a great reputation with all of her clients, which include: The Salem Conference Center, Enterprise for Employment and Education, Holiday Retirement, Habitat for Humanity, Santiam Hospital, Salem Outreach Shelter, Willamette Valley Rehabilitation Center and countless small-business/individual projects.

Brenda Roth
Brenda joined the team in 2007, filling the shoes of an office manager who had been with AVP for 16 years. Brenda manages accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as payroll and the rest of our bookwork. In addition, Brenda manages our database of more than 25 years worth of videotape and disc storage – essential to our workflow. Brenda also assists in reception and duplication duties as needed.

Joe Koubek
Joe is our primary technician managing AV at the Salem Conference Center (SCC). His attention and expertise helps ensure that more than 1000 events go smoothly every year at SCC. He joined the AVP team in 2007, after a career designing and selling projection systems. His designs can be found in churches, conference facilities and museums around the country. In addition to his work for Allied, Joe is a volunteer firefighter in Dallas, Oregon as well as being a member of a “competitive rescue team” competing internationally in emergency rescue drills.

Dave Kaiser
Each year Dave manages hundreds of events at the Salem Conference Center as one of Allied's dedicated AV Technicians. He also works in various roles in field productions and live events. He graduated with degrees in Television Production from Mount Hood Community College and Speech Communication from Oregon State University. Before joining AVP as a regular employee in 2008, Dave freelanced for the company for almost fifteen years. During this time he also worked for various cable networks and other independent productions. When not at work he has numerous hobbies, from Morris dancing to archaeology.
